Took 15 minutes to get a coffee and egg bites and it wasn't even busy. And their apology was that they were training. I see mismanagement of being efficient and using their training workers and experienced workers. And they never offered to reimburse me or give me a $5 offer anyting for their lack of competency.

Normally I don't gripe about coffee made wrong. Although I do enjoy an amazing cup of coffee, I'm not going to die if it's made improperly or tastes different than normal. I've traveled all over and have been to a Starbucks in every city I've traveled to. This one in particular was excruciatingly slow. We waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru, which is normal on a busy evening, but there was only four other cars besides my own. That wasn't even enough to complain about. After a while, I finally got up to the window, and got my order. I opened my cup to find steamed milk and whip. I said no whip, guys... It's one less step! Needless to say, I was disappointed that I didn't have coffee in my coffee.

This Starbucks is probably the worse one I've been to. Its closest to my work so I go there once in a while but they always take FOREVER to make my drink. This afternoon I ordered a decaf pour over and after 10 minutes, I had nothing. I asked. The guy said its almost done but then asked me if I want an americano because it's faster. If it's almost done, why would you offer me an alternative? I said no I'll take the pour over. Next thing I know, I see them just starting it. You lie n then make me wait another 5 minutes instead of telling me the truth and I would have taken the americano. I've been forgotten there before ordering regular coffee too. Not to mention 2 times mobile ordering where it says 4-8 minutes and 10 minutes later when I arrive it's still not ready and I wait another 5 minutes. I'm done. I'll either pick it up from another Starbucks on the way to work or I'll go to the Starbucks inside target on my lunch to get a coffee.
